Payment and Discounts
Daily apartment rent is paid in the following order.
Estimated time:
- Entry is carried out from 13.00
- Departure by 12.00
In case of early entry, to 13.00, the payment is in this way:
- 50% of the daily cost of housing at the entrance from 8:00 to 13:00
- 100% of the daily cost of housing at the entrance from 00.00 to 8:00 am
In the case of late check-out after 13.00, the payment is in this way:
- 50% of the daily cost of housing at the exit from 13:00 to 18:00
- 100% of the daily cost of housing at the exit from 18:00 to 00.00
* you have the possibility of early arrival and late departure only if the other guests have not booked your apartment for the next day.
Procedure for calculating
You can pay in cash only.
Legal entities may use the cashless payments by bank transfer to our account.
With bank transfer. You can transfer money to the account of our company through any convenient bank.
Each guest will receive a cash voucher and a second copy of the contract. Also, if you wish, you will be provided with travel documents.
To rent an apartment for less than 6 hours you pay 50 % of a day price.
Discounts.
We offer our guests discounts. The longer term lease apartments, the higher the discount rate:
- More than 3 days - 10%
- More than 7 days - 20%
The cost of housing rental also includes:
- all costs of the apartment, paying utility bills;
- room service, daily change of towels and bed linen;
- internet service in each apartment;
- assistance in organizing your vacation: consultation and all information you need.
